What should you expect? We’re glad you asked! Here are some of the typical questions we get:
How long should it take before you can expect a response from us?
2 to 3 business days
What is the turnaround time for commissions?
2-4 weeks from the date the retainer (fee) is received.
Do people get revisions with their commission?
Yes, a maximum of three revisions are allowed.
What does the design process look like?
There will be three stages: the sketch, the linework, and the flat coloring stage. At the beginning of each stage, we will submit a draft to you for your approval. At that point, you may submit a revision. A total of three revisions is allowed for each individual art piece BEFORE the commission is marked as completed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to all countries accessible by USPS.
